Digital Draft Forge respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, purchase details, and any message you send us. If you buy through Gumroad, payment and checkout details are handled by Gumroad.
Email and lead forms
If you join our email list or request a free resource, we may use your email address to send the requested file, product updates, helpful budgeting content, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Analytics and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, clicks and page performance. With your consent we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps of how visitors move through the page, and advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, which let us measure whether an ad led to a sign-up or a purchase.
Cookies and your choices
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We group ours into two kinds:
- Essential. Needed for the page to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and set no advertising identifier.
- Analytics and advertising. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta, TikTok and Pinterest advertising pixels. None of these load until you press “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you press “Decline”, session recording and all advertising pixels stay switched off, and Google Analytics runs in Google’s consent-denied mode without advertising or analytics storage.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, and the default state before you choose is denied. To change your mind later, clear this site’s data in your browser settings — the banner will appear again on your next visit and you can choose differently.
Legal basis for processing (UK/EU visitors)
- Consent — analytics, session recording and advertising cookies, and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract — delivering a product you have bought and providing support.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it. UK and EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email digitaldraftforge@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Unsubscribing from our emails is always available via the link at the foot of every message.
How long we keep data
Email subscribers are kept in Brevo until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted. Purchase records are retained by Gumroad as the merchant of record for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data follows each provider’s standard retention period.
International transfers
Some of the services we use are operated from the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. These providers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism.

Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party services such as Gumroad, Brevo, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Zapier, Make, and Google Sheets to operate the business, deliver products, process purchases, and manage communications.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee perfect security.
